Hadi Haddad is a career Chief Operating Officer and transformation leader with deep, hands-on experience building, scaling, and fixing operating businesses from the inside. His background combines owner-side project governance, high-growth executive leadership, and transaction-driven operational execution across public and private companies.

Before joining Aouad Associates, Hadi served in senior operating roles where he was accountable for end-to-end delivery people, systems, risk, capital projects, and performance. As COO of Till Payments, he built a full payments acquiring platform from the ground up and scaled the organization internationally through rapid growth, acquisitions, and capital raises. He was also part of the executive team that scaled Bingo Industries through aggressive M&A to an ASX public listing.

Today, Hadi brings this large-scale operating and transaction experience to organizations facing integration risk, legacy systems, or operational change that cannot fail.
